Turn leftover Christmas pudding into a creamy delicious ice cream with simple no churn ice cream recipe.

 300 ml Double Cream
 150 g Condensed milk
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 100 g Christmas pudding
 2 tbsp Brandy

In a large bowl whisk cream until softly whipped. Then add condensed milk and vanilla and whisk again, briefly until a softly whipped cream consistency is achieved.


Fold in crumbled Christmas pudding and mix in the brandy.


Transfer to a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
