Overnight Oats

 80 g Porridge oats (not instant)
 50 g Greek yoghurt
 250 ml Almond milk
 1 tbsp Maple syrup
 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
 1 Eating apple

Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar except the apple. Stir or shake to combine. Cover with cling film or replace lid and refrigerate overnight.


Just before eating chop the apple finely and add to the top of the oats.
