This easy biscoff ice cream recipe is such a doddle to make. The recipe only requires three ingredients and the process is just as easy as the ingredients list.

500 ml Double cream
397 g Condensed milk
190 g Lotus Biscoff Spread

Add all the ingredients into a large large bowl and whisk until thick and velvety.

Decant into a freezer safe container. This produces a lot of ice cream and you may prefer to use two smaller containers. Freeze for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before eating.
