Garlic Bread

Yields4 Servings

 100 g Butter (soft)
 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
 1 Baguette

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix together in a small bowl the soft butter garlic and parsley.

Lay 2 wooden spoons either side of your baguette then cut down into slices of about 3 cm. The spoons will prevent you going to far and cutting right through the bread.

Fill the gaps between the slices with the garlic butter. Wrap in tin foil tightly and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

When it has had its 10 minutes in the oven, remove the foil and transfer to a plate or cutting board and eat warm.
