This easy chocolate mousse recipes uses a few shortcuts to reduce the shopping list and the amount of time required to set. This mousse can be made in a few minutes and set within twenty minutes but, you would never guess from the deep velvety mousse that you get.

Melt together the marshmallows, milk, vanilla and chocolate over a low heat, until all almost all traces of marshmallow have gone. Then pour into a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
In another bowl whip the cream with a whisk until softly whipped, a soft barely visible peak should remain when whisk is removed.
Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the cream and then spoon into 4 champagne saucer, teacup or wine glass. It may not seem a lot, it is very rich. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until set.
When ready to serve add some curls of white chocolate, by slicing the chocolate with a vegetable peeler and scatter some tart red raspberries on top.
