Frogurt

Sweet and creamy mango frogurt. I make this so often in those times of sudden urge when hit for a craving for something sweet. What I really love about this is that it can be eaten like soft serve straight from the blender if your in desperate enough straights.

Note: It is important to note due to the low fat content the frogurt will set solid once frozen. The lower the fat content the more solid it will set. You will need to take it out of the freezer at least 15 minutes before eating to let if soften a little.

Yields1 Serving
 500 g Frozen mango chunks
 500 g Full-Fat Greek yoghurt
 2 tbsp Honey
 Juice of 1 lime
1

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until you have what resembles a thick soft serve icecream.

2

You can eat as is or decant to a freezer safe container and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 15 - 20 minutes before you want to eat.
