My Nutella cookies are ideal for baking with kids. They require very few ingredients. Nutella is the key ingredient here meaning you can get away with not having to use butter and sugar and having to cream them together. They are delicious plain or with a little melted chocolate on top and sprinkled with hundreds and thousands.

Heat oven to 200˚C/180˚C Fan. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients with a wooden spoon, until no traces of flour remain in the brown dough. If you find it too stiff to mix with a wooden spoon use hands instead.
Pinch off teaspoon-sized pieces of dough and roll between your palms until a smooth, place on the baking sheet. Leave a few centimeters between each ball. They don't spread too much, so you don't need to leave a lot of space between them. I get 16 from this.
Gently push down on the top with a fork to slightly flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes until they have a crackled appearance. Transfer to a wire rack for 10 minutes to cool before eating or decorating.
