A classic Amaretto sour cocktail.

50 ml Amaretto
50 ml Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Caster sugar
1 Egg white
Marashino cherry, to garnish

Add the amaretto, lemon juice, caster sugar, and egg white to a cocktail shaker along with a few cubes of ice. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until the exterior of the shaker is frosted.

Pour into a champagne saucer or martini glass. Pierce two cherries with a toothpick and balance on the edge of your glass.
