I think an apple martini is possibly my favourite cocktail. This is my festive seasonal take on the classic. The colour alone that vibrant green makes me salivate. The balance of sour and sweet is absolutely perfect and it's a great one for a party just make a large pitcher and store it in the fridge.

Apple Ginger Martini
Yields1 Serving
 50 ml Vodka
 50 ml Sour apple schnapps
 50 ml Apple juice
 25 ml Monin gingerbread syrup
 Ice cubes
 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into thin slices to garnish

Add the vodka, apple schnapps, syrup, and a squeeze of lime juice to the cocktail shaker along with a few cubes of ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Serve with a slice slice of apple on the rim of the glass.
