Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

A real pick me up cocktail. This will liven up any party. I do love an espresso martini but this salted caramel espresso martini is on a whole other level. The bitter espresso makes this cocktail very smooth and balances the sweetness making it easy to drink very many of them all too easy.

Yields1 Serving
 25 ml Vodka
 25 ml Toffee Liqueur,
 25 ml Kahlua or Tia Maria
 50 ml Cold Espresso
 1 pinch Maldon sea salt flakes
 Ice

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker along with the ice cubes. Shake vigorously, for longer than you might think. Pour into a martini glass after 30 seconds the cocktail will separate into the dark boozy espresso base with a foamy crema on top. Garnish if desired with 3 coffee beans and serve immediately.
