Dessert and cocktail in one this vibrant and delicious cocktail is a real after dinner treat.
For a simplified version you add 25ml vodka, 25ml amaretto, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp lemon curd and 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker along with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass.

Add the vodka, limoncello, Cointreau, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake the shaker until the outside. Begins to frost then pour into a champagne saucer or martini glass.
Whisk the egg white and the sugar together in a bowl until stiff peaks remain when whisk is removed. Using a spoon, pile the meringue on top of the vibrant cocktail.
Use a blow torch to scorch the meringue and give the peaks a deep brown caramelization.
